Forget Snoop Dogg's house, Justin Bieber's new pad is the place to be if you're 420 friendly... and want the police called on you. The Biebs just moved into a swaggy penthouse condo in Beverly Hills and has already had the boys in blue called on him several times. Oh, Justin...According to TMZ, neighbors in Justin's new building have called the cops on him twice since he moved in earlier this month. His neighbors have called the housing authorities about the weed smoking and noise, too. He apparently had a rager until 4 AM last week.
"The smell of marijuana was permeating the floor, especially my hallway which is shared by [Justin's] unit," one neighbor said. Another told TMZ that Justin was having a small party Monday, and his deck was covered with bongs, and there was a bar. The entire penthouse floor was being hotboxed, too.
All of this comes after reports hit last week that the Biebs and Selena are promising to be more holy and wholesome nowadays. But let's be real...how long do you it'll be until Justin gets kicked out of this new place? Think he's changed at all?
