Colin Ellmore was pulled over recently for traveling 100 mph in Portsmouth, England. What the police discovered was pretty surprising - Colin's 26-year-old daughter, Tiffany, was giving birth in the passenger seat, the BBC News reports. Tiffany reportedly asked her dad to take her to the hospital when she went into labor, but it seems baby couldn't make it to the hospital in time.
Police officers believed the speeding car must have been stolen, as Sergeant Simon Goss of the Hampshire Police told Portsmouth News: "We boxed it in forcing it to stop and when it did the driver got out and we thought he was running off. But he ran around the car to the passenger side and shouted something about a baby. When we got to the car, we saw the baby in the man's hands. I have never experienced anything like it before."
