It seems like every young starlet and their mother is stripping down these days (Miley and Tish Cyrus, we're looking at you), but 15-year-old Bindi Irwin is begging teenage girls to stop dressing so slutty already.
"I'm a big advocate for girls dressing their age," the daughter of the late Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin explains in a new interview. "I look around at a lot of young girls that are my age and they're always trying to dress older. Whether it's wearing revealing clothes or hardly wearing any clothes at all, I feel really bad for them."
"A lot of times I want to grab these girls and say, 'Look, in 10 years you'll regret this. Just dress like who you are. Don't try so hard," Bindi, who often dons khaki uniforms herself, says. "A pair of jeans and a t-shirt is just as gorgeous and makes you look classier."
Bindi turns 16 next month, but says she actually feels more like 86. "I like cups of tea and reading books and poetry and old people things," she adds.
It sounds like she and fellow tea enthusiast Taylor Swift would be BFFs! Do you think Bindi's old-fashioned attitude about dressing conservatively is refreshing or judgemental?
