Chelsea Houska's ex-boyfriend (and baby daddy) was reportedly arrested Saturday night for violating his enrollment in the 24/7 Sobriety Program, which is apparently a condition of parole or probation for certain DUI offenders. Apparently, participants in the program have to submit to daily alcohol tests (in some cases, twice daily tests).
In Adam's case, a source at the jail revealed to RadarOnline that he either didn't show up for a test or failed one. As a result, he will have to stay in jail for a minimum of three days.
Of course, this isn't Adam's first or second or even third brush with the law. He has had three DUIs and he is currently facing several misdemeanor charges stemming from an accident back in February where he hit an elderly couple in his Corvette and was pulled out just seconds before it burst into flames.
We were really hoping that Adam has since fathered a second child (with a different girl), he would have more incentive to get his act together, but this definitely seems like a step in the wrong direction.
Adam is currently living with his new girlfriend, although it sounds like she has the house to herself this weekend.
