Perhaps ladies can swoon over this Jeremy Meeks look-a-like who is not behind bars.After Jeremy's mugshot went viral last week, Vampire Diaries actor Kendrick Sampson tweeted, "My next role. #JeremyMeeks," along with a shot of the "Hottie Thug," and we couldn't help but notice the resemblance.
Hot. Check. Chiseled jawline. Check. Gorgeous light eyes, check and check. At the very least, these two look like they could be related.
While we're almost certain a biopic about Jeremy's life isn't actually in the works (maybe a modeling contract when he's out though?), Kendrick may pick up more than a few more fans after pointing out that they look alike. Jeremy's mugshot has, after all, nabbed nearly 98,000 likes since the Stockton Police Department posted the snap on its Facebook page.
Jeremy was arrested in a gang sweep for felony weapons charges last week and is reportedly being held on $900,000 bail. Since his bust, his mother started a GoFundMe page to raise $25,000 to help free him. So far, she's raised over $4,400.In addition to that, wine and apparel company Pruno & Hooch inc. announced this week that it will donate 50 percent of all profits made from sales towards his bail, according to Yahoo! Finance. The company is hoping to raise enough money for Jeremy's bail in hopes of retaining him as a brand ambassador for their prison wine company.
