We thought these kid parties were usually a little tamer than that?The Titusville Herald reports that while the girl stayed at her friend's house, one of the parents supervising the gig was getting a tattoo. The 12-year-old asked for one of her own and figured her mom wouldn't mind, so they gave her a smiley face tatt on her arm. Oh, and with the word "b**ch" too. Sweet, right?
The couple supervising the party now are facing charges, including endangering the welfare of a child.
