The lawsuit, which was filed back in 2011, alleges that Mother Monster had her on call 24/7 and that she was not compensated for the extra hours she worked, often times, to meet what she believes were outrageous demands.
Some of the things Jennifer cites are having to "hand-deliver" food to the pop star and changing a DVD in the middle of the night if she grew tired of it and wanted to watch something else.
For her part, Lady Gaga testified during her deposition and said that that's basically what an assistant is expected to do. "You don't get a schedule," she said. "You don't get a schedule that is like you punch in and you can play--at your desk for four hours and then you punch out at the end of the day. This is when I need you, you're available."
She also paid Jennifer a salary of $75,000 a year for her services.
Obviously, being a personal assistant isn't exactly a 9 to 5 job, but do you think Gaga should have to pay for overtime or is the salary enough to cover it?
