The recently rehabbed actress, who moved to the Big Apple after she completed rehab, wore this revealing outfit to dinner at ABC Kitchen with hotelier Vikram Chatwal.
Lindsay supposedly cut out all of her former friends who were bad influences to focus on staying sober, but Vikram's got quite the rap sheet himself.
He was arrested in April for attempting to board a plane with cocaine, weed, heroin and prescription pills, TMZ reports. He got a plea deal that let him avoid jail for doing a 12-month in-patient rehab program.
So perhaps they're now sober pals...but should two people who have both battled substance abuse issues be out on the town together?
