The model, who was romanced by Jake Pavelka on the ABC Show, was admitted to a New Orleans hospital on Monday night in critical condition after suffering a "serious medical emergency."
She died on Wednesday after being placed on life support, with her mother and her NBA boyfriend Ryan Anderson by her side.
While the cause of her death is still unknown at this time, it's clear her Bachelor family is mourning Gia's loss.
"I had to pull over, I can't stop crying," Jake Pavelka Tweeted. "We have lost an angel."
"So incredibly sad to hear the news," current Bachelorette Desiree Hartstock Tweeted. "Love and prayers go out to Gia's family and friends."

UPDATE: TMZ reports that the cause of death was suicide and that she had been very upset about a rocky relationship with Ryan, who found Gia in her house Monday night. Story developing...
