It seems like Justin Bieber isn't off the hook yet! The New York Post is reporting that Justin is now under investigation by police after he was supposedly the one who started the South Pointe nightclub brawl that occurred last weekend in Southhampton, New York. Justin reportedly directed his bodyguards to fight Wayne Rennalls, the other guy involved. Justin reportedly directed his bodyguards to fight 22-year-old Wayne Rennalls, the other guy involved.
It all went down Sunday morning when Justin reportedly picked up a waitress at the club, who was wearing a H&M bow-tie that belonged to Wayne. When the girl went to hang with Bieber in the VIP section, Wayne reportedly followed her to get his bow back. That's when Bieber's people told him to leave and words got exchanged.
When Justin and the girl left the club that night, Wayne and his friends followed...to get his bow-tie back. That's when the he-said, she-said stuff comes in. Our source told us that Wayne's group threw a rock at Bieber's car and Justin jumped out of the SUV sunroof like he was in a movie to fight him. Others are saying Wayne thought Justin threw something at him, so he threw a "small" rock back. Either way, Bieber allegedly directed his bodyguards to take care of Wayne when the rock was thrown and VERY heated conversation started.
Needless to say, Wayne ended the night in the hospital with a busted lip, black eye and broken ribs. Another male club-goer was reportedly knocked out during the scuffle too! The morning after the incident, Wayne reported the assault to police.
Our sources and Justin's rep both say he wasn't involved in the altercation at all. The police are claiming that it doesn't matter if he physically fought or not...he was still a part of the incident and that puts him under investigation.
