The pap claims the rapper tried to steal his camera, but that felony charge reportedly won't fly because there's no evidence to prove that charge.
The next option would be to file a misdemeanor battery charge with the L.A. City Attorney, but apparently, that won't work either. Kanye is supposedly willing to pay up to settle the case as a civil compromise, which would mean he gets off the hook scot free.
It's not the first time Kim Kardashian's boyfriend has lost his temper with the paparazzi. He was recently caught on camera ranting: "Don't talk! I don't want to hear paparazzi talk to me or anybody I know."
