Demi Lovato took to Twitter to rant about celebrities' lack of privacy--and later deleted the tweets. Read what Demi said about being "completely and utterly disgusted at the absolute lack of any privacy or respect."For as open as Demi Lovato has been about her personal struggles and triumphs, she'd just like a little privacy sometimes.
In fact, Demi says in a new Twitter rant (that she later deleted) that she would buy back her privacy if she could.
In the rant, she touches on how it feels to live under the microscope, with the public and media always digging a little deeper into artists' personal lives.
Demi tweeted: "Completely and utterly disgusted at the absolute lack of any privacy or respect whatsoever in this world today. None. So disappointed. Artists don't owe anyone ANYTHING. We choose to be open and honest in our music with others.."
She added, "Yet this is how we are thanked? The entitlement that society has today over the lives of artists today is absolutely PATHETIC. I don't do this for money. In fact, I'd give back all the money in the world I've ever made if I could buy my privacy back."
What prompted Demi's commentary on privacy? Some believe it's because personal pics of her and Wilmer Valderrama together leaked online.
Do you think she was right to be mad?
