The actor is seeking full custody of his child because the woman he had the baby with has just been sentenced to federal prison, TMZ reports.
According to legal documents filed in Georgia last month, Zach had a baby in January 2011 with a woman named Alanna Turner.
She's been arrested three times and is currently in jail, Zach says. He's asking for child support from his ex-girlfriend, in addition to requesting full custody of their child.
