Dressed in a black t-shirt and denim shorts, Anna cuddled Poppy as they made their way to grab lunch, while Stephen, dressed in a casual top and khaki shorts, toted their son Charlie.
The uber-private True Blood stars have kept mum on their children's names until recently, when Stephen casually referred to them by their names at the season six premiere screening of the HBO show in Hollywood last month.
"[I'll be] hanging out with Charlie and Poppy," Stephen told E! News of his Father's Day plans.
Following the outing, the actors headed to a bus station in Tarzana to pick up Stephen's 10-year-old daughter Lilac.
