During an interview to promote his new film After Earth, Will Smith shot down a Kardashian comparison saying that their family is not seeking fame or exploiting the media.Apparently, Will Smith isn't a big fan of the Kardashian clan.During an interview to promote his new film After Earth, Will dropped a major bomb, implying that the Kardashians are fame hungry and exploit the media.
Obviously, that in itself is shocking in any way shape or form, but it WAS surprising coming from Will, given that his son Jaden Smith (who stars in the film with him) is rumored to be dating Kylie Jenner, a member of the Kardashian family.
When Jaden was asked about his relationship with Kylie, Will wouldn't even let his son answer.
"Don't," he said, cutting Jaden off. He then mimicked the reporter asking about a Kardashian comparison and explained that his family is not fame-hungry.
Here's what he had to say about the subject:
"For our family, the entire structure of our life, our home, our business relationships-the entire purpose is for everyone to be able to create in a way that makes them happy. Fame is almost an inconsequential by-product of what we're really trying to accomplish. We are trying to put great things into the world, we're trying to have fun, and we're trying to become the greatest versions of ourselves in the process of doing things we love. So the idea of fame or exploitation or orchestrating the media is sometimes even less than desirable for us."
Ouch! That might put a major roadblock in front of Jaden if he ever considers getting serious with Kylie!
