After chopping her locks again last month and adding in some honey blonde tips, we're almost certain the Pretty Little Liars star is obsessed with changing up her look (and we love it). This time around, Lucy appears to have added in some lighter, chunky blonde highlights all over her hair, which are perfect for summer.

If you've paid attention to her Instagram in the last few weeks, you may have noticed her giving us glimpses of her lighter locks. We first peeped a change in her hair color a few weeks ago when she posted a pic on Instagram at a Dodgers game, but, it was still rather subtle.

In a new Instagram snap, though, Lucy's new blonde hair hue looks a lot brighter and bolder (maybe it's the lighting?). So far, she's kept her hair length the same, but at this rate, we wouldn't be surprised if she stepped out with a pink pixie cut tomorrow.

In the last few months, Lucy has chopped her hair, dyed it red, lightened the tips and chopped it again. She also told Yahoo! Beauty last December she'd love to "try a crazy hair color one day" now that she's experimenting with her locks. We vote for blue.

One thing is for sure though, whatever hair color Lucy rocks now or in the future, we have no doubt she'll slay.

Facebook's Huge New Update Will Change Your Feed Completely

kiev ukraine june 8 ...Let's be honest. Seeing every detail of everyone's personal lives pop up on your Facebook feed can get a bit exhausting, especially from people that you haven't talked to in years (that one girl who keeps talking about her break-up, for example).

Now, Facebook has a solution for that, which also doubles as a win for subtle Facebook stalkers everywhere. The social networking site has released a feature that lets you choose the people you want to see at the top of your feed.

So, now you can get the updates from the people you really keep in touch with - and the guy you've low key been crushing on too.

Here's how it works: Go to the dropdown Menu or More section of Facebook, then click on News Feed Preferences. From there, you can give blue stars to the people and pages you visit the most. Of course, don't forget to put one of those cute blue stars next to Cambio's page.

The new feature also lets you see who you've unfollowed in the past. If you've let that grudge go - or just want to reconnect - it makes it easier to follow them again.

The updates to your News Feed Preferences will be available today on iOS and will roll out on Android and desktop in the coming weeks. So, if you don't see it yet, don't freak out. It's coming.

#theshoe purple nail polishJust when you thought it was safe to go on the internet again comes another heated argument over colors. First there was #TheDress controversy where people disagreed on whether the frock was white and gold or black and blue, and now we've got a great debate over #TheShoe.

It all began Thursday when user @totallymendes posted this innocuous photo of a purple shoe next to two bottles of nail polish asking followers, "Which color matches the shoe best?". Somehow, Jack Johnson, one half of the hit YouTube duo Jack & Jack, retweeted her question and all hell broke loose. Now people can't agree on which purple polish matches best, but the shoe is lighter and darker in different places. And for the record, the bottle on the right is the closest shade to the shoe, but either color would make for a cute mani!

Taylor Swift The 1989 World Tour Live In OttawaNeed proof Taylor Swift basically owns this mutha like no other? Girl just broke a HUGE world record, proving she's the boss you-know-what in the music industry right now. And you won't believe who she dethroned!

Miss Tay is raking in some mad money right now thanks to her 1989 album. Not only did she already sell a whopping 5 million copies since its release 36 weeks ago, but it was just named the fastest-selling album in over a decade. Yep, you read that right.

She actually beat out Usher, whose Confessions album held the title from its release back in 2004. This isn't the only title Tay's taken over this week, either. Her "Blank Space" music video was the fastest one to hit one billion views on Vevo. Holler!

Is there anything she can't or doesn't do? Tay will be president soon...you watch!

Giuliana Rancic Quits E! News

Giuliana Rancic laughsWell, this comes as no surprise.

After months of controversy and bad publicity for E! network, Giuliana Rancic is finally stepping down from E! News on Aug. 10 after over a decade of anchoring. According to People, the Fashion Police star released a statement today officially confirming the rumors of her departure that have been swirling ever since her controversial (some might even say ridiculous) comments on Disney Star Zendaya's hair during the show months ago.

Don't look for this to be the end of Giuliana on E!, however.

"For more than a decade, I was fortunate enough to play a role in the success of E! News and will miss my family at the show," said Rancic in a statement today. "At the same time, I am excited to not only continue as host of two major franchises on E! but also executive produce the aspirational new show Rich in Faith for Oxygen as well as take my wine and clothing lines to the next level. This is such a thrilling time for me and I thank the gang at E! for understanding my desire to embark on this next chapter in my life."

Looks like E! will be keeping Giuliana on both Fashion Police and Live from the Red Carpet, despite tension from both the public and her former co-hosts. But hey, everyone deserves a second chance, right? What's that saying? "If at first you don't succeed,..."

11 Problems Only Four-Eyed Girls Will Understand

1. FOGGGG.
Whether you're cooking, taking a shower, drinking any hot beverage imaginable or just stepping out of your car on a day with an ounce of humidity in the air, this will happen...and it sucks every time.

2. EYE MAKEUP BASICALLY DOESN'T MATTER.
Seriously, you can spend 30 minutes putting on the perfect amount of eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara and highlighter and blend it all to perfection. Who's gonna see it after you put on your glasses? NO ONE, that's who.

3. PEOPLE ACT LIKE THEY DON'T KNOW YOU WITHOUT YOUR GLASSES ON.
And their reactions usually range somewhere between "Quick! Put your glasses back on!" and "I didn't know you were a diva under there! Girl, get yourself some contacts!"

4. EVERYONE WANTS TO TRY THEM ON.













Did everyone wake up one day and decide that thick glasses were the next "it" thing? And when did your glasses somehow become the free-for-all model? Also, the quips about suddenly being smart, the gasp, as well as the inevitable "Wow, you are blind!" after someone tries them on gets old. Really old.

5. MASCARA = UTTER FAILURE (Every...single...time.)
And no matter how many times you blink, those smudges aren't going away any time soon.

6. SUNGLASSES AREN'T EVEN A POSSIBLITIY.
Unless you count the whole "wear your prescription glasses under your sunglasses" thing that everyone can clearly see through, or the flip up/down tented lenses that attach to your regular ones...classy.

7. RAIN IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.
As ridiculous as mini-windshield wipers sound, wouldn't you jump at the chance buy a lifetime supply of those bad boys if it meant never having to deal with this again??

8. THE STRUGGLE OF PUTTING ON GLASSES WITHOUT MAKING THEM LOOK CROOKED.
And no matter how many times you take them off and put them back on, they never just sit straight.

9. TAKING THEM OFF FOR A SECOND, THEN REALIZING YOU'RE MISSING OUT ON SOMETHING HUGE.
Then, having everyone around you describe to you in detail what it was that you just missed out on.

10. LOSING THEM IN THE FIRST 5 MINUTES OF YOU WAKING UP IN THE MORNING.
Even though you put them in the exact same place every single night before you go to bed.

11. KNOWING THAT DESPITE ALL OF THESE THINGS, YOU'LL PROBABLY BE WEARING GLASSES FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
Hey, they're a part of who you are. Work it, girl!

Ariana Grande Donut Licking Incident: Donut Shop Downgraded by Department of Health

Ariana Grande donut licking incidentIs Ariana Grande in serious trouble after that video of her licking donuts made the rounds? Though the star has since apologized (actor Rob Lowe called her apology "lame"), the police are now further investigating the incident.

California police will look into the video further, and, according to ETOnline.com, Riverside County's Department of Environmental Health downgraded Wolfee Donuts' rating from an "A" to a "B" following the licking incident.

Wolfee Donuts cashier Mayra Solis told the Associated Press that Ariana "was really rude" when she visited the shop over the weekend. Donut shop owner Joe Marin, told The Wrap, "She licked the ones with the frosting; she was spitting on the white powder." So. Much. Ew.

Has Ariana tarnished her reputation after this behavior was captured on video?

Rock StarIt seems like it was yesterday when Miley Cyrus chopped off her famous "Miley bun" and swapped it for a unique and true to herself blonde pixie cut. I have to admit that I was a little bit pissed off when I found out that her gorgeous, signature locks where no more. But let's face it, that hair cut was probably the start of a fantastic "girls run the world" era in the pop-music culture.

Here are the top five girls in the music industry that are more than just beautiful voices:

5) Selena Gomez

It's no lie that Sel has been the target-of-choice for many haters since she's been on and off with the Biebs, nevertheless she's always been the living proof of how "classy" and "badass" belong together to fight the haters and empower girls.

P.S. Let's not forget her anthem to self respect and stop body shaming "Who Says."

4) Ariana Grande

Ari has always been known by having the voice and looks of an angel, but not everybody knows that her record label wanted her to release "plastic pop" records only. Something that Ari wasn't very comfortable with because she simply wasn't passionate about that kind of music. I bet she was scared to death when she took the risk of releasing true-to-herself music, since the producers thought it would be a failure, but she's been on the top of the charts ever since! This proves how being yourself will always be the right choice.

Many people thought Lorde, (born Ella Yelich), was just another overnight success. Truth is, this New Zealand gem has been working on it since she was about 12 years old. If you haven't heard songs from the new indie queen apart from her hit "Royals," you definitely should. Her lyrics are everything but common and manage to transport you to another world with her unique melodies.

2) Miley Cyrus

Our generation grew alongside this open-minded beauty. Ever since her Hannah Montana days, I knew that "Destiny Hope" (her real name) was meant for greatness. Miley is a person that has alway stood up, not only for her believes, but also for other people. She has taught us to stay true to ourselves and not caring what other people might think about us. She might not be Hannah Montana forever but when she sang the words to "Nobody's Perfect," I'm sure she meant it.

Of course Tay has earned the No. 1 crown in this countdown, not only for having the cutest kitties ever (with the most clever names), but also this feminist badass managed to change the music industry forever when she reached out to Apple's CEO, Tim Cook, in an open letter. The "Bad Blood" beauty stated that the reason she would not be joining Apple Music was because musicians would not be paid during the three-month trial. This letter was a blessing for new comers in the music field since they will, in fact, be paid for their work during and after the trial. Is there anything Taylor can't do?

Now that Zayn Malik has left One Direction to pursue a solo career (er... at least live like a "normal 22-year-old"), many have wondered if he'll collaborate with wife-to-be Perrie Edwards and her group Little Mix.

Perrie was asked just that question during a recent interview with We Love Pop magazine (via Sugarscape), where she explained: "Imagine. He's always been a fan of ours, which is really lovely. It depends what he wants to do, and he's still deciding that. But I guess you never know."

We're holding out hope that they'll work together in some way, but, for now, the best we can hope for are more helium voiced duets form Zerrie...which tbh, are kind of one of our favorite things.

Ariana Grande Apologizes Again For Licking Donuts: Is Her Video Apology Enough?

Ariana Grande is apologizing yet again for the video that captured her sneaking a lick of donuts during a recent donut shop visit. Many felt that her initial apology didn't even address the gross incident, so she posted a new YouTube video titled "sorry babes."

In the video, Ariana explains: "I just want to make a video to apologize again for the whole donut fiasco and craziness because I feel like the apology that I posted, I kind of missed my opportunity to actually sincerely apologize and express how I was feeling because I was too busy preaching about my issues with the food industry, which is not relative. I feel I could have expressed myself in a different way."

She added, "I was trying to get you to understand where I was coming from when I said what I said, but that's not important - I'd rather just apologize...I feel like now's my chance...to say I'm sorry."

Ariana talked about being a proud American, before continuing, "Seeing a video of yourself behaving poorly that you had no idea was taken is such a rude awakening. I was so disgusted with myself. I shoved my face in a pillow and wanted to disappear, but instead of that I'm going to come forward, own up to what I did, take responsibility, and say I'm sorry."

She added, "I reacted in a way that I feel like wasn't necessary to say the least but also wasn't me at all. I apologize for my poor choice of words and for my behavior. Seeing how ugly it looks when you behave a certain way makes you never want to behave that way again."

Ari summed things up by saying, "I want to be a positive influence...I feel like I let you all down, which sucks." She adds that it's been a rough 24 hours for her, explaining, "I made a mistake and I'm being judged for it, which I understand because I watched it and I was just as disappointed in myself."

If you have a sweet tooth like I do, you already know that there's no better dessert than Oreos and a tall glass of milk. While I'm a huge fan of the original Oreo (or better yet, double-stuffed - they totally do not give you enough frosting in the original cookie) I have to say that the classic cookie's brand-new flavor might make me ditch the iconic chocolate sandwich cookie. Oreo just released an amazing new flavor, and it will be your go-to dessert all summer long.

Oreo's brand new flavor mixes an iconic treat with the classic cookie, and it sounds so delicious that you'll be shocked you didn't come up with it yourself. The new Oreo flavor is Key Lime Pie, and it's totally different from the original cookie. The Key Lime Flavor features lime-flavored frosting sandwiched between two graham cracker-flavored cookies, meant to represent the filling of a pie and the outer crust. It's pretty much magic.
Unfortunately, the cookies are only available for a limited time, which means that you're going to want to stock up on the flavor ASAP. How will this flavor compare to some of the other limited edition flavors like Limeade, Red Velvet, and Pumpkin Spice? I'm totally on board for a taste test.

We all know Miley Cyrus loves her dogs like no other. From tattoos, to songs about them, it's easy to say that her canines are her BFFs. So imagine our surprise when we came across a picture of a pup on the internet that totally looks like Miley!

We know, we know, that's kind of rude to say about someone...but we don't mean it that way. This pup is seriously ADORABLE, and just has the same expressions as our twerking gal. His name is Mervin, and he's a Chihuahua. He's 16 years old, and is a rescue.

Maybe we're cray and seeing things, but when this little guy sticks his tongue out it screams "Miley." Just check out his pic, below.

We're sure Miley thinks the comparison is cute, and is lovin' this doggie up. She has several pups of her own, and just got two kittens last week. Homegirl loves her animals. Just peep her Instagram page...

Austin Mahone Talks New Single and Fifth Harmony

Austin Mahone has got some serious swag. Fresh off the release the first single, "Dirty Work," from his highly anticipated debut studio album, the 19-year-old strode into our green room and immediately gave everybody (including four of our über giddy interns) hugs. *Swoon*. We sat down to chat about his new sound, #BUILTBYGIRLS, Shark Week and juice cleanses. Really.

C: Your new single "Dirty Work" has a funkier vibe than some of your older stuff. Where did you find the inspiration for this particular song?
AM: "I wanted to do something a little more mature this time. I wanted to put something out that shows that I can actually sing."

C: Can we expect more of this vibe from the album?
AM: "Yes...I might be dropping a second single and then the album should be coming out right before Christmas. There's definitely going to be some funkier vibes on the album, but there's also going to be some urban stuff and a few ballads, too. Most of the album is done, I just have to put it all together now."

C: Are you working with anyone in particular that you're really excited about on this album?
AM: "I've worked with a lot of amazing producers. I'm trying to get a few more collaborators, like Chris Brown on one song. I did a song with Becky G, and hopefully I'll get some more people on there."

C: What's your favorite track off of the new album and why?
AM: "Hmm... It's hard to say because I don't know which songs will actually end up on the album. So, I don't want to say one and then have it not end up on [there]! But, the song that I did with Becky G is pretty good, I produced and wrote it myself." (Uhh... #RelationshipGoals)

C: If you could collaborate with any artist, dead or alive, who would it be?
AM: "Drake or Chris Brown."

C: You toured with Fifth Harmony. What's one thing people might not know about them?
AM: "There aren't any crazy secrets about them that you wouldn't know. What you see is how they are! But I did always beat them all in ping pong. I'm the ping pong master."

C: What have been the best and the worst parts of being a teenager in the spotlight and working, rather than going to school?
AM: "Being able to travel to really cool places has been awesome. I never thought I'd be going to Japan, and I'm actually going back there in a week or so, so I'm pretty excited about that. Cutting lines at amusement parks is also great. It's really fun. I get to go around three times back-to-back! But not being able to go to new movies that come out, because there are a lot of people there, which sucks."

C: We're partnered with an initiative called #BUILTBYGIRLS that's all about empowering girls that they can do whatever they want to do and build whatever they want to build. You're super successful at just 19-years-old, what is the one piece of advice you would give a girl your age or younger that's trying to defy the odds and follow her dreams?
AM: "I would say, no matter what, people are going to bring you down. You just have to stay focused and surround yourself with good friends and good people that are going to bring you up. Always work hard and try to become better than you were the day before."

Does This McDonald's Minions Happy Meal Toy Drop F Bombs?

Some Ohio parents aren't very happy with McDonald's after a toy found in their children's Happy Meals appears to be cursing. Toys from the animated movie Minions are currently being given out, but one of them has a potty mouth and seems to be dropping f bombs, according to angry parents.

When you press a button, it sounds like the toy is saying: "What the f**k?" but the fast food chain says that's not the case.

"Minions speak 'Minionese,' which is a random combination of many languages and nonsense words and sounds," a rep for McDonald's said. "We're aware of a very small number of customers who have been in touch regarding this toy, and we apologize for any confusion or offense to those who may have interpreted the sounds as anything other than gibberish. The allegation that this toy is saying any offensive phrase is not true. Any perceived similarities to actual English words are purely coincidental."

We have to admit, it does sound like the toy is cursing to us. Maybe this minion needs his mouth washed out with soap?

We've Got Mad Love for This Katy Perry, Taylor Swift Mashup

2011 American Music Awards - Red CarpetWe know, we know...there is maybe some bad blood boiling between Katy Perry and Taylor Swift, but that hasn't stopped them from making uh-mazing music together. Actually, they didn't make it at all and something tells us they wouldn't necessarily want to right now (we're still hoping that changes!) so someone else took the liberty of doing it for them.

Andy Wu, who has made some pretty awesome mashups in the past, combined Tay's "Bad Blood" and KP's "E.T." to make this musical masterpiece.

Whether you're Team Katy or Team T.Swizzle, you can't help but appreciate the awesomeness of this track - and we're big fans of putting something that you want out there into the universe, so now a track with both Katy Perry and Taylor Swift technically sort of exists.

Here's to hoping the girls will eventually make one IRL. Are we setting our hopes a little high? Maybe, but hey, stranger things have happened!

It's already been established that Harry Styles is adorable no matter what he does. Check out his latest slip up though - falling on stage during their OTRA San Diego concert, where he's the equivalent of a goofy little cartoon teddy bear.

The best thing is that multiple Vine videos of Harry's tumble capture the moment from a variety of angles. Score one more for the internet!

Harry goes down with an uncooperative mic stand while fist pumping along to the beat, but rather than let go when things get dodgy, he tries to steady himself and takes a totally cute spill to the ground.

Of course, he carried on with the show, not any worse for the wear, though his ego was a bit smashed. Afterwards, Harry told the crowd of adoring fans: "Physically I'm fine, emotionally I'm bruised. If anyone had a video of that... just delete it."

Um. Right. You can bet no one deleted that magical footage.

News broke earlier this week that Liam is dating his Independence Day 2 co-star Maika Monroe. While we're all excited for him to take on this new adventure, we can't help but wonder what does Miley think about him moving on.

She's obviously dated several people since their split back in September 2013, but this is the first time he's had a new girl in the public. And according to Hollywoodlife.com, she totally doesn't give an eff about them dating now. Ha, that's our girl!

"Miley heard about them hooking up and she has no problem with it. She thinks Maika's hot, she's like, 'High-five, Liam!' And Miley's busy with Stella right now, so she's not worrying about it," a source told the site.

We don't blame her. That ish starts to go away just after a few months, especially after he did her so dirty. Remember he was caught making out with another actress while he was engaged to Miley? Uh, ew.

We aren't surprised by Miley's reaction, either. She's dating model Stella Maxwell right now, and is all about that. Holler!

'Sometime Last Night' We Caught Up With R5

Okay, we didn't get to hang with R5 last night, but we did a couple weeks ago, and they proved why they our are newest baes, plus BFF. We're swooning over Ross, Riker, Rocky and Ellington, but more importantly, we want to be a part of Rydel's girl squad and attend one of her Instagram-famous tea parties. The band just released their sophomore album and embarked on their biggest headlining tour yet. And they're basically our latest obsession.

The group's new album Sometime Last Night takes R5 in a new direction from their previous release, Louder. It's giving us The 1975 and Maroon 5 vibes, and we're all about it. We sat down with the band to get the scoop on their new album and summer tour, plus find out who takes the longest to get ready, who sleeps in the latest and who's the hardest to keep track of. One of our favorite tracks on Sometime Last Night is "All Night." It's our current jam and we may have even listened to it five times in a row yesterday, because it's just that good. R5 recently released the music video for this song and it features some cool celebrity cameos. Check it out below.
