Attendees later enjoyed dinner, a six-tier white cake and songs from a local band including "Sweet Caroline," "Amazing Grace" and "Here Comes the Sun." John Luke's dad, Willie Robertson, helped officiate the wedding.

"I had an amazing time," John Luke shared with the publication. Mary Kate added, "It was one of the best days of my life! It was everything I hoped it would be and more."

The wedding comes only eight months after John Luke popped the question at a party for his 19th birthday. "I am so excited to marry my best friend," he said in a statement to E! News. "I know my parents married young as well, and they have always been examples of what 'could be' to me."

He added, "Fast-forward 22 years and they are more in love than ever, and I hope Mary Kate and I are the same way in the years to come. God has truly blessed us."

Just a few weeks before their big day, John Luke was all about sharing his excitement for his upcoming wedding on Instagram. "You have GOAT to be kidding me!" he captioned a pic while hanging with some animals alongside his leading lady. "We are almost married!"

Congratulations, you two litle love-ducks!

You have GOAT to be kidding me! We are almost married!

Did Iggy Azalea Just Diss Britney Spears?

2015 Billboard Music Awards - ArrivalsIggy Azalea and Britney Spears recently released their duet "Pretty Girls" and while we had really high hopes for the song, it wasn't exactly a smashing success.

Before the song was released, Iggy talked about how she and BritBrit totally hit it off when they were working on the song. "She's super nice," the rapper told MTV at the iHeart Radio Awards. "She came to my house and had lunch and I didn't know what to expect, and we actually really got along. I've been texting her, annoying her with all my ideas for the video and she's been a really good sport about it, so I'm really excited."

When the song came out, Iggy totally fangirled over Britney (who wouldn't?), tweeting, "To be honest im just over here acting like a total fan girl for britneys vocals on this song. Cant. stop. listening. so classically britney."

Now, it sounds like Iggy is changing her tune and is kind of blaming the fact that the song flopped on Brit. And then, just in case there was any confusion, Iggy tweeted this reply to a media outlet :::Warning NSFW language::: So far, no response from Britney. At least not on Twitter, anyway.

The Crazy Thing That Happened When I Went to Prom By Myself

Dressed Up Girl Being Helped From LimoShould I go with a friend? Should I invite my cousin who I never see? Should I go by myself? Maybe with a group of girls from my class that were going alone, too? Those were the questions that circled my mind from March until the end of November (as my prom was in December; sorry the Southern Hemisphere is weird AF).beyonce feminist gifI was really worried about senior prom and going by myself, especially because most of my friends were going with their boyfriends, cousins or friends from our class. But, I had no one - and all of my best friends did.

I've never had lots of friends who were guys, not until last year when I met my guy BFF who is amazing. I spent months wondering if I should ask him to prom while we were sitting together in class, and the moment I was going to ask him, he tells me he asked the girl he likes (who is not from our school) to prom and she said, "Yes." I was devastated, and didn't know what to do except be happy for him. It's funny now because they are now boyfriend and girlfriend.

I always knew I was going to end up going by myself, but one of my closest friends was going alone, too, so at least I had someone. We ended up sitting at the same table for dinner. (I don't know how proms are in other places, but here, we have dinner with our parents, then they leave, and we stay for the party.)

The day of the prom came, and I built up the confidence to go alone through the last month. I know it's natural to be nervous when making the decision to go to prom alone but it also takes a lot of believing in yourself, and that day, I felt amazing like never before. I was rocking that red dress, and I looked hella cute.

I had a great time with my friends. You can still dance with your friends, and talk to them, too. You can also have a great time with everyone else who went alone, or you can even have a great time being with your friends while everyone else dances.
my promWhat matters in the end isn't whether or not you are going to prom with a guy or alone. It is the fact that if you went alone, you felt good and had a great time, and you didn't need to depend on a guy to feel that way. The best thing is that nobody gives a damn if you went alone or not - they are all too busy enjoying their night.

I did kiss my old school crush. He wasn't at my school anymore, but went with his best friend because he got dumped - so who knows what could happen on your prom night?

I Wanna Go Time Travelin'

time to travel wooden sign with ...Our minds carry a bag of memories. We have the pleasure of pulling them out any time and wandering back in time. The very idea of being able to physically time travel and experience life from the very first second is a dream and fantasy many people have had, and I am no exception to daydreaming about unordinary things. Such fantasies reflect a deeper yearning for doing something idealistic but which is completely out of reach.

I would love to bounce around throughout history and see what life was really like experiencing tremendous social, artistic and cultural dynamics. During my voyage back in time, I would spend my days getting acquainted with those monumental people who have had a major impact. In fact, since I'm dreaming, I would like to write my name in history. Every woman wants to write her name in history, although a small portion of them have that privilege.
if i could turn back time gif
As a person who often travels too far into her own head and wishes to stay there, my theory is simple: The endless imaginary possibilities offered by a world you have not experienced and a life you have not lived are no match for those same confining days of your own past. We would be different people if we had lived in another time. How could we ever be unhappy if we found ourselves standing amongst the greatest icons who have held their fists high, shouting and screaming for what they hoped would be a better tomorrow, to those who, today, take on stress by choosing the perfect filter for an Instagram post - of food?!
FIFA RAIDS 2010 WORLD CUPI let myself imagine walking down unfamiliar avenues, alongside the people who aren't products of the digital age. Nelson Mandela takes preference over all others. You see, Nelson and I share common ground, literally. We're both South African, and this makes me prouder than proud. Nelson was a fighter. Instead of bowing down to an unjust system of government, he became a lifelong warrior in the battle to free South Africa. But even while in prison, he continued to be a beacon of hope for his people, who carried on the struggle against apartheid in his absence.

Nelson, a man whose spirit could be crushed, a man of great personal honor, strength and integrity, was always fighting for something greater than himself and that was the freedom of an entire nation. It is painful to imagine that this man, who radiated so much love, who espoused so many truths, could have spent so much of his life in prison. Nelson has always inspired me to think beyond myself, to think of people in the wider world as part of a common humanity.

I was born a year before the apartheid era ended, so I didn't have the chance to live through the struggle or witness the great change. Many would say it's a good thing and that I'm lucky, but the true desire to go back and help construct history stems from wanting to meet the greatest heroes before they saved the day.
Germany Anne Frank Madame Tussauds
I'd make a trip further back in time to a struggle less merciful and take a seat next to Anne Frank, the most famous victim of the German Holocaust. Anne spent two years of her life living in an attic with two other families. Life became difficult for the Franks and other Jews of Holland. But of all the unfortunate events that occurred in those two years, the one good and greatest thing was: the diary. For her 13th birthday, Anne was given an autograph book, which she used as a diary. It was her best friend. They stayed in the secret annex for two years, unfound. Anne wrote about their hellish ordeal, suffering from boredom, hunger and the ever present fear of discovery and death. Anne's dream of becoming a famous writer came true, eventually, but not how she imagined.

If I was stuck in that attic with Anne and the gang, I would have been mentioned on every few pages depending on her likes of me. When I read Anne Frank: Diary of A Young Girl, my desire to travel back to the past grew even more. It would have been a great privilege to share a space and time with a young girl whose state of mind was filled with profound truths, whose soul desperately wanted peace for everyone and whose heart yearned for simple pleasures. Anne was just a young, growing girl who was not given any room for growth and yet she experienced more than most of us ever will.

Going into the future seems strange because there's too much uncertainty. The desire to travel back, however, is a want of life re-lived with the knowledge of experience and imagined foresight. More than anything, this desire is nothing but a romance with my fantasy, and always will be.

Would you go back in time? If so, when and where? Tweet me: @naseehatayob or drop a comment!

Selena GomezWe're always searching the Internet for cray cray things, so imagine how shocked we were when we came across this girl's Instagram page. She looks just like what Kendall Jenner and Selena Gomez's baby would look like...if they had a biological one together, of course.

WHO IS THIS MAJESTIC CREATURE???

A photo posted by Claudia O (@girlwithnojob) on

Meet the Disney Channel's Maia Mitchell. We're pretty sure she might be related to BOTH Kendall and Selena. She's starred in all sorts of movies such as The Fosters and Teen Beach Movie, as well as Mortified.

Her resemblance to the girls is totally uncanny. Maia's got Selena's little nose and plump lips, Kendall's eyebrows, eyes and cheekbones. And her hair is obviously similar to both of 'em.

Maybe she should be your new boo, Justin Bieber? Cray how much she looks like those girls, right?

One night in Indonesia. Beyonce playing, obviously.

Get ready to be killed by cuteness below, as Bella describes how when a fire alarm went off while they were at a movie, he helped a wheelchair bound woman exit safely that everyone left behind. Swoon.
Oh, and ICYMI, things are clearly serious because Bella's already met the parents! Both Bella and Gregg posted a photo with his family from his mom's birthday's festivies on Sunday. Too freaking cute, you two!

guys girlfriend looks like harry styles with makeupWe are huge fans of celebrity doppelgangers - and while we had a good chuckle over some of the girls that look like One Direction guys, this Harry Styles lookalike looks so much like the singer, it's cray.

Like, holy twinning. Not even kidding.

Twitter user @Advil posted a side-by-side of his gf sporting a red lip, compared to a fan edit of Harry wearing makeup (we're not sure why that even exists, tbh) and the similarities are pretty on point.

He wrote: "WHY DOES HARRY STYLES WITH MAKEUP ON LOOK LIKE MY GIRLFRIEND WHAT THE F**K"

First, dude, your girlfriend is gorg (check out other pics where she looks less Harryesque below)...second, um...why are we not talking about how Harry is a total babe in that Photoshopped pic? She doesn't always look like Harry though: The best part? He's totally a One Direction fan!

I'm Bisexual: This Is My Coming Out Story

The Supreme Court of the United States legalized gay marriage across the country and Puerto Rico, and I couldn't be happier. As a friend of American citizens who are also members of the LGBT community, I am thrilled that they can marry in their state!

Many people don't know, some of my friends included, but I am a member of the LGBT community myself. I am proud bisexual woman who has already had relationships with both genders (although the relationships I had with women never became official and some of them were nothing more that a few dates, mostly because of fear of nothing being accepted).

I came out to my parents a few months ago, and it was so weird! I talked to my mother via WhatsApp because I had so afraid to tell her. I knew she would support me, but I never really knew how I would tell her. With my father, it was different. I called him on the phone, and he asked if I was dating any boy, to which I said, "No." I told him that I wasn't seeing anyone, boy or girl, and that was when he asked if I was bisexual. I said, "Yes." I regretted it the moment I said it because my dad is very conservative, so I feared being rejected by my own father. But he reacted so well and said that he only wants me to be happy, that it doesn't matter who I date. His only wish is for me to give him a grandchild in the future - ha!

To whomever is reading this post, I just want to say that it feels SO GOOD to say that I am bisexual and to be able to say it without fear but with pride of the community that opened their arms to me when I needed it most. I used to feel so different because I was attracted to other girls as well I was to guys.

I just want to thank my amazing family and friends because since I came out I have never felt nothing but support from everybody.

I love you! Happy Pride Month!

Life Problems? There's a GIF for That

Being a human is hard. It's confusing, exhausting and 9 times out of 10, you are getting something horribly wrong. Believe me, I know. One time, I tried to open a pickle jar after working out. Epic hand cramp. (Learn from my mistakes, Internet.)

To cope, here are some GIFs to get you through life's great dilemmas.

1. You realize there are still 17 minutes on the timer before you can get off the elliptical and have a tiny yogurt.

You cannot survive the Hunger Games without a little stamina. Keep running, baby.

2. Sometimes, the only things that get you through the day are new recordings on your DVR and takeout from your favorite restaurant. But you're all caught up, and Bill's Chinese is closed for health code violations. Panic is a real emotion you now face.

First, you're like this:

Don't be sad Tobias crying in the shower. Be happy Sheldon instead.

Netflix has a plethora of shows you probably haven't watched, and ice cream is a viable dinner option in a pinch. Go forth and binge in all the ways.

3. You make the mistake of reading anything from major news outlets or watching the weather or getting on social media after everyone else has read anything from major news outlets/watched the weather, and you lose faith in humanity. You lose faith in yourself.

Take a hint from Catherine Tate and let that sh*t roll right off your shoulders.

4. You have a setback in your work/family/online gambling ring, and you feel the cold grip of failure winding her fingers around your neck.

At least you're not a member of the (largely terrorized) Stark family.

Or a (likely dead) bastard.

Or an (minus your good bits) Unsullied.

Perk up, friends. You could have been born in Westeros and have George R.R. Martin as your god.

5. You feel grumpy, dopey, sleepy (you are one of Snow White's Seven Dwarves) because today you must accomplish #allthethings and make sure to tweet it all so people know you're very busy and important.

Take a breath.

Realize no one cares.

And you don't need them to. You just gotta do you. One step at a time.

And if that doesn't work, take a page from Cersei Lannister's play book.

Because...

Cheers!

Nicki Minaj Looks Just Like Her Mom

2015 BET Awards - ArrivalsThis family has some good genes.

Nicki Minaj had a particularly cute moment onstage at the BET Awards last night, when she took home the award for best female hip-hop artist, beating out Iggy Azalea, Tink, Azaelia Banks, Dej Loaf and Trina.

The "Only" rapper brought her mom Carol Maraj with her when she walked up to accept the award, and we couldn't help but notice she looks just like her...even down to their facial expressions. "I always talk about my mommy and this is the first time the world is going to see her," Nicki said. "I love you so much."
2015 BET Awards - ShowNicki not only gushed over her mom, but, also gave a shout out to Meek Mill, calling him "my baby" while she accepted the award. That was just the first of the couple's PDA, though. The hip hop star went on to perform "All Eyes on You" with Meek onstage, with the duo holding hands and giving us all types of feels.

And yes, she was wearing the huge yellow diamond ring that he gave her. Total relationship goals (sorry, Ray J).

6 Harsh Truths About High School

portrait of a cheerleader in...When you are in middle school, you always wish you were a senior. Well, let me tell you, once you are in high school you cannot wear your dad's old sweatshirts. (Apparently, it makes you seem very uncool.) I still don't understand what the word "uncool" is. Why is it uncool to wear your reading glasses or wear a pair of sneakers instead of heels or flats? Why is uncool to wear jeans instead of shorts in summer?

High school is a place where kids who used to believe in unicorns and rainbows turn into judgmental adults - not exactly adults but they pretend to be one. High school is a place where you start thinking of what others think about you.

High school is mostly all about appearance and power. There are always the populars, the nerds, the geeks, the in-betweeners, etc., but remember that there is always one you. Nobody can be you other than you you. High school might be cliché, but you are not, so don't loose yourself in the process of impressing others. Live to express not to impress. If your high school is not cliché like I said, then thank God. I mean it. Thank Him. Because you are very lucky. Most of us, including me, had to go through stereotypical high school world.
High school gif
I wish someone had told me that...
  • High school sucks most of the time, but it surely had its moments (like when your teacher fell asleep during a test or when you skipped gym and didn't get caught).
  • Calculus is more difficult than climbing Mount Everest.
  • Most of the boys only like beautiful girls.
  • High school is nothing as depicted in the movies like Mean Girls, High School Musical or A Cinderella Story (yes, the movie starring Chad Michael Murray; gosh, I love him so much). Ahem, sorry. I got carried away.
  • High school has its ups and downs but so does life.
  • You've got keep moving on.

Rihanna Adopted a Puppy While Turning Up in the Club

2015 BET Awards - ShowHere's one more reason why we love Rihanna.

Just about anything can happen when you're turning up in the club, but, after the BET Awards last night, the "Bitch Better Have My Money" singer took things to a whole other level.

Rihanna somehow found a puppy there, and decided to bring it home. "She literally just went to the club, came back with a cage, wee-wee pads, food and a f**king dog!," her friend could be heard saying in a video posted on Twitter. Like how do you even find a puppy in a club? Rihanna needs her own show. "Well I found him in the bathroom somewhere and he ran up to me," she could be heard saying in another video while playing with the pup, who she named Pepe.
Rihanna's new best friend - who is seriously adorable - seemed to have no problem leaving with her (who would?) from the club. The little pup could be seem calm and relaxing in his new mom's arms as she cuddled him back at her home.

Lucky dog.

Do This If You're in a Relationship Rut

relationships. best date ideas, dating, boyfriend, love, special days, dates, best dressed dateIt happened on a Tuesday night. I realized that maybe we were losing the spark. We'd been dating for seven months, and it just had become a habit to meet up in the evening after class and fill our stomachs with anything that fit our student budget. It had all became so wonted, so known, so expected.

I thought it would be fun to break the normal routine and do something that we could cherish for at least for a week thereafter. There is no harm in making the boyfriend also feel lucky SOMETIMES. I got up at 1 a.m. and called his roommate. I had a plan. I told him to get out of the room only after Sumit left, so that he can drop the keys under the doormat and that I would collect them and continue with my plan.

Sumit let for college at 8 a.m., I called up Joey, his classmate, and told him to take Sumit out to grab a beer or something, so that he leaves from college only after 2 p.m. At 1:30 p.m., I rang up Sumit and asked him to meet me at the coffee house near his flat. He was surprised to see me dressed in his favorite white dress. (When I wore for the first time, he said, "Don't buy a new wedding gown for our marriage, this would be perfect.") He did not fail to notice the necklace he gave me on our last one-month anniversary.

I could see it from his facial expressions, initially he was happy to get the special treatment but suddenly, I could see him anxiously calculating the calendar dates, thinking that maybe he had missed something important - my birthday, a special day, our anniversary or the day we met. But he sighed in relief when I told him, "Don't worry; we are good. You didn't forget anything."

We moved out to his car after having our favorite mocha coffee. I plugged in my pen drive, which had his favorite songs that I had downloaded overnight. This time, he was stunned. I dislike these songs so much that I never let him play them in the car with me. We then drove to his flat.

Now going back to 11 a.m., when Sumit was in his college and I was at his flat: I had to do some changes in his room, for good - though I was able to carry out my plan only after cleaning his room for an hour to make way for my surprise. I stretched out three strings of red colored ropes from one end of the right wall to the other and fastened it through bolts. Then, I took out the 20 best pictures from a collection of about 3,000 that we had clicked in the last seven months. We are self-obsessed, you see? I attached them to the top rope with clothespins. His wall now had a slideshow of the best memories we had ever created.

The second rope was used to hang his favorite snack. It had packets of Blue Lay's (chips), Dairy Milk Silk (chocolate) and jelly boxes. The third rope also had snacks; he is a big time foodie. What else but food can make him happy?

We entered the room, and he was happy to see what change I had brought to his room. His happiness was reflected in the 10-minute long kiss he applauded me with. My success in making him feel special made me feel special as well. But my surprise wasn't over yet. I then made him wait on the balcony for the next 15 minutes while I prepared instant noodles and cold coffee for him. His kitchen was also a mess! It was a difficult day, OK?

I switched off the lights, put on some music (this time, of my choice) and lit the whole room with candles. We enjoyed the candle-light lunch more than any other extravagant restaurant we had ever been to. We clicked some pictures. One of them can go on that wall of best memories. We will surely remember this day.

Oops! Lady Gaga Mistook a Chicago Mariachi Festival For a Pride Parade

When the pride parade was going on in Chicago, Lady Gaga had the best seat in the house - or so she thought.

The pop star shared a photo of herself on her balcony overlooking a parade with the caption, "Watching over Chicago Pride from my apartment and smiling so big. So many happy people. Happy pride! #lovewins."

She also shared a second, almost identical photo, with another touching caption, writing, "This is just about the coolest things I ever saw. It feels good to know how many of my friends and loved ones are out celebrating and feeling valued.#lovewins."

Awesome, right? Totally...except for the fact that the pride parade was a few miles away. What she was REALLY watching was the Chicago Mariachi and Folklórico Festival.

You know what, though? We're not mad at her. Gaga has been a very outspoken advocate for gay rights for years, so it's not like she was bandwagoning. She just got her festivals mixed up, that's all. She was still celebrating Pride, and the comments she made are still just as beautiful and important.

As for the mariachi festival-goers, they heard about the little snafu and made this little mock-up for Mother Monster so that she could celebrate with them, too.

Well played, Mariachi Heritage Foundation, well played!

Sorry, Not Sorry! Katy Perry Is a Boss and She's Proud of It

'Moschino' Men's Backstage Spring/Summer 2016 - 88 Pitti UomoKaty Perry is on the cover of the new Forbes magazine, which highlights the Top 100 Highest Paid Celebrities. The superstar landed third on the list AND she's the top female earner, being beat only by Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao who made crazy amounts of money for their May 2 fight.

In the cover story, Katy says she's extremely proud of her success and shows us a little bit of the kicka** spirit that helped her get to where she is. "I am proud of my position as a boss, as a person that runs my own company," she told them. "I'm an entrepreneur... I don't want to shy away from it. I actually want to kind of grab it by its balls." Yassss, girl!

She also says that while 'Katy Perry' has a fun and silly presence on the stage, Katheryn Hudson (her real name) means business. "I like to dress up and be Katy Perry when it's appropriate, when I'm promoting something," she explains, leading me into a conference room alone and hopping onto a semi-circular white couch. "But I'm Katheryn Hudson on the business side."

Well, between the both of them, they're killing it in the music biz right now. The "Roar" singer's hugely successful Prismatic World Tour helped her bring in $135 million (before taxes) last year. Other celebs on the list include No. 4: One Direction ($130 million), No. 5: Howard Stern ($95 million) and No. 9: Taylor Swift ($80 million) and No. 33: Kim Kardashian ($52 million).

'Teen Beach 2' Star Jordan Fisher Wants to Collab With Who?

Last week we sat down with 21-year-old Jordan Fisher to chat about Teen Beach 2, his upcoming debut record and what #BUILTBYGIRLS means to him. The rising star, who admitted he hasn't gotten a blink of sleep in about 3 weeks, gave us some insight on how he followed his dreams from Birmingham, Alabama all the way to Hollywood.

C: How is Teen Beach 2 different than the first installment?
JF: "It's skewed a little bit older this time around. You take something like Teen Beach and you try to figure out how to make it a little bit bigger and a little bit better, which is obviously always doable with choreography and music and everything as production value grows, but you have to look at the story as well and see how you can keep it moving without it feeling stagnant. There's a really powerful message in this film, it's about self-empowerment and really taking control of your destiny. And that's what Leila does in this [film]."

C: I'm sure you can relate to that...
JF: "I wouldn't be sitting in this room right now if I didn't decide one day to leave Birmingham, Alabama, and move to LA and hope that, you know, things worked out. Secret Life of the American Teenager was the show that brought me to LA to stay, which has led to all of these other things. But making that initial decision to jump and take the bull by the horns and really do what I love is something that a lot of people find scary... But that's when people are the happiest, when they're doing something that they love rather than something that they're good at."

C: You guest starred on Secret Life. What was it like working with Shailene Woodley before she became a household name?
JF: "Shailene is such a hippie. I haven't been in touch with her in a while, she's kinda busy being a superstar. I feel like it's rare when a project ends and people really see each other on a regular basis. Teen Beach is probably the first project that I've worked on where that is actually the case. I genuinely see everybody on a pretty consistent basis. Ross (Lynch) and I until recently worked on the same lot, Liv and Maddie films on stage 10 and he films on stage 11. We shared a building that all of our dressing rooms were in so I saw him every day for a long time which was really nice. But he's leaving to do a world tour and to become a huge rockstar, so hopefully he'll still have time for me..."

C: Speaking of music, we heard you just signed with Hollywood Records! What can you tell us about the kind of music you'll be making?
JF: "Pop soul. I grew up listening to all the greats in the '80s: Stevie Wonder, Luther Vandross, Prince, Michael Jackson and all those guys. There's such a heavy element of pop and such a heavy element of soul for men in the '80s, but that wasn't really a genre that existed until a few years ago with Sam Smith, Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars - those are the guys that revolutionized that lane and made it what it is now, but no one's really played with the '80s, which is really when soul found a way to kind of leave the R&B world and cross over into pop. So that's the record that I'm making now. Kind of what pop soul of the '80s would sound like in 2015."Jordan Fisher Built By GirlsC: If you could collaborate with any Disney star right now, who would it be?
JF: "Sabrina Carpenter is a dear friend of mine. We actually worked together for the "Do You Want to Build a Snowman" video, which was on my bucket list. I grew up watching Lizzie McGuire, That's So Raven and Even Stevens, and when they all came together and sang "The Circle of Life" and "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes," I was like THAT! So getting a call to do that was a cool day for me. We worked together on that and we actually did a little Christmas video on YouTube, but I would collaborate with Sabrina any day. She has so much soul, she is so beyond her years as an actor, as an artist and as a person. That's something I really connect with."

C: Lastly, how would you say the #BUILTBYGIRLS initiative resonates with you?
JF: "I'm a firm believer in humans are humans. I think that if you have a pulse, you are capable of building anything that you want to. I think that girls are years beyond guys, to be perfectly honest with you. I obviously adore my girlfriend and am super close with my mom and sisters, but I genuinely think that. I thought for a long time that I was going to be a doctor until things started working out for me in the film, music and television world, but I think everyone has their own journey and coming together as equals is what keeps the world turning."

Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries, Kenny Wormald And Leann Rimes On When someone gets married, they think, and hope that they've found their life partner. When Kim Kardashian married Kris Humphries, she tied the knot on TV and made her "'til death do us part" vows in front of the entire world. Unfortunately, Kim and Kris didn't work out and the couple became the butt of many jokes when they separated after only 72 days of marriage.

Obviously, they've both moved on since then, but as we saw on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, it was an extremely tough time for Kim and in a new interview with The Drum, she admits that she thought her career ended right along with her marriage.

"At the time when I was going through the divorce I did say to everyone, 'You guys, I think our careers are over. I hope you've saved your money... And now we'll just continue to do our clothing stores and we started off doing before the show,'" she explained, "I totally thought it was over....I was being very paranoid."

Not only did Kim get through it with her career intact, she's now more popular than ever. Looking back, her career hadn't even really fully launched when you look at where she is today. Still, she took that time for herself and made sure she dealt with it in the moment. "I just took some time off, and the time was really good for me," she recalls. "I canceled everything. I had a book tour, I had a fragrance launch, I had everything that you could possibly imagine, and I just...I canceled it all and I took time for me."

Now, Kim has not only found love again, she's one half of the #WorldsMostTalkedAboutCouple who are absolutely head over heels in love with each other and expecting their second child in December.

Looks like it all worked out in the end!
