According to TMZ, the California Hamster Association (CHA) is accusing Justin Bieber of animal cruelty after he gave his pet hamster away last week.
As we reported, JB gave his fury pal, PAC, away to an adoring fan outside his Atlanta Jingle Ball show. It's not known why Justin actually gave PAC away, but his fan wasn't upset about it at all.
The belieber, named Tori, has given recent updates on PAC and swears he's being treated like a God at her home in Alabama.
So why is the association ticked off at the Biebs?
The CHA told TMZ that hamsters are fragile creatures that "often succumb quickly to illness and death," especially when faced with "sudden environmental change." That means when he was handed over to the screaming fan, he probably freaked out.

The association says he should've given PAC to a rescue or shelter so they could find the perfect home for him.
So far there has been no comment from Justin.
