A 24-year-old man named Jacob Kulke was arrested today for trespassing at her Nashville, TN home.
Cops were called after he hopped the fence of her home and security detained him. He told cops that he was her boyfriend and that he traveled from Wisconsin to be with her on her birthday.
It is unclear if Taylor was home at the time.
Kulke was booked into jail and held on $10,000 bond.
Tay's stalker has a criminal past -- TMZ has learned he was convicted of battery, disorderly conduct and drug possession in Wisconsin back in 2010.
