Kevin Jonas has been accused of snubbing a fan recently...but we're not so sure it's true!
TMZ had the video proof, which they dubbed the "saddest video ever," showing Kevin Jonas snub a "passionate Jonas Brothers" fan outside Katsuya restaurant on Sunday night.
The video shows the overly emotional fan, who just wants to talk to Kevin, and Kevin pulling away in his car.
TMZ notes that Kevin did "take pics with a bunch of fans as he left the restaurant with his wife," but noted "the superfan got lost in the crush and never got a chance to pose with her hero."
Kevin brushing off fans? That doesn't sound like his style.
GossipCop had a longer video of the scene, that showed what happened before TMZ's clip, where Nick Jonas posed with the girl and her sister and gave a hug.
Kevin is also seen signing autographs and posing for pics--hardly ignoring the adoring crowd!
A source close to Kevin told GossipCop that "Kevin did not intentionally ignore this particular fan."
We didn't think he would!
It's great that the Jonas Brothers take the time with their fans, but they can't possibly make them all happy!
