In spite of her injury, J.Lo kept going on with the show, finishing up her nearly 10-minute performance, even as a small pool of blood became visible under her fishnets.

Busted knee aside, J.Lo made sure to squeeze in some family time with her 6-year-old twins Max and Emme while she was in Miami for the concert series, according to People. Her little ones reportedly had a blast at the Fontainebleau Hotel's pool and J.Lo grabbed sushi at Blade restaurant.
