We already figured the One Direction guys are doing pretty well financially, but check out this awesomeness: Harry, Louis, Liam, Niall and Zayn have landed on Sunday Times' 2014 Young Music Rich List.
The guys landed in the fourth spot, earning $23 million each and collectively tipping the cha-ching meter at $115 million, nabbing them the honor of richest boyband in British music history (we know...Niall's Irish).
The rich list's editor Ian Coxon commented, "There hasn't been another boyband who have made so much money so quickly. Whether they will carry on at the same rate is anybody's guess."
Album sales, massive tours, movie and DVD sales and merchandising all contribute to 1D's meteoric success. Their financial ranking isn't surprising, given the fact they've been working their tails off for years and raking in the $$.
Who tops the list? The always fabulous Adele, who ranked #1 on the list for the second year running.
