Most teens know that getting a tattoo can land you in hot water at home, but did you realize giving one could get you in trouble with the law, too?
Kylie Jenner, our resident reality star rebel without a cause, is no longer content with attending Coachella and getting edgy piercings. The E! starlet is apparently now moonlighting as a tattoo artist. She decided to help her friend Miles Richie, (son of Lionel Richie), get professionally inked at a Hollywood recording studio on Friday,
TMZ has video of a gloved Kylie assisting professional tattoo artist John Petro as he tats up Miles, 19. The problem is that it's illegal to give tattoos or participate in the process unless you're 18 and over, according to the LA County Dept. of Public Health, and Kylie's only 16. (Another issue is that Miles reportedly got inked with Kylie's initials which isn't the brightest move, but we'll leave that lecture to Lionel.)
If police wanted to pursue the case, Kylie could get hit with a misdemeanor and owe a fine of up to $1,000, while Miles could get his license suspended. Knowing Kylie, she'd just think having a rap sheet adds to her street cred.
