Blake Shelton loves pizza...so much that he's now the new face of Pizza Hut.
The Voice judge is teaming up with the comfort food restaurant to launch pies with new barbeque toppings. "Look at me! I eat way too damn much pizza," Blake said, who will star in Pizza Hut's commercials for the new line starting May 18, according to People. "I grew up in a small town in Oklahoma, and pizza was one of the few options we had there, so I grew up loving pizza. This was the perfect opportunity for me."
He even requests pizza during his tours. "My tour manager always says, 'What do you want?' And I always ask for stuffed crust pizza," Blake went on. "You don't even have to put a topping on it. When we have a long flight somewhere, I always bring it."
Adding that barbecue pizza is "literally my heaven," Blake said he built a barbecue smoke house in his and wife Miranda Lambert's Oklahoma home to smoke up grub for toppings.
Meanwhile, Miranda has been stepping way from a ton of comfort food lately and dropping pounds instead. And she's tired of people buzzing about it. "It just feels like you can't do anything for yourself anymore," she told Billboard. "Have you ever thought I might just be turning 30 and trying to get a little ahead of the game? Isn't that just a normal thing to do?"
Miranda first made waves with her slim down when she arrived at the Country Music Awards last November showing off her svelte figure.
