The musician falls into a coma after the crash and is given the choice to die or go back to her life, according to the Daily Mail.
In the photos from the set, the 17-year-old actress and Jamie lean in for a kiss, take a selfie together with Chloe's phone and cuddle up.
If I Stay is set to hit theaters next year.
