Well, this is kind of awesome. First, it puts the Miranda Lambert vs. Shakira rumors to rest and second, it introduces a little friendly competition between the country singer and her hubby Blake Shelton.Is Miranda Lambert actually rooting AGAINST Blake Shelton's team on The Voice?Well, with all the rumors about these two and Miranda supposedly being jealous every time Blake looks at a girl on the show, it wouldn't be too far-fetched.
But, this one is actually true...kind of!
Here's the thing: For season six of the popular singing competition, Shakira will be returning as a coach and Miranda is going to be the team's mentor, Us Weekly is reporting.
So, she technically will be "Team Shakira" and there will probably be a little friendly competition between Blake and his beautiful wife, but it's all in good fun.
The best part is that this totally puts the rumors about Miranda feuding with Shakira to rest...and of course, we can't wait to see her on the show!
Plus, Blake recently admitted that he likes to play pranks on Miranda, so this should make for some good TV!
