It's not what you think though, he said that she actually lets him live in her beach house!
"My friend Courteney is nominated for a People Choice Award for favourite cable tv actress...She's never won one before and she lets me live in her beach house, so how's about we all vote for her and win her the damn thang eh?" he posted.
We all know Ed has random famous friends but this one was the biggest shocker so far! But we get it, Courteney has an ear for good music...she DID date Counting Crows front man Adam Duritz back in the day!
