Sosie Bacon, the offspring of Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick.
As a young actress who is just beginning my career, it is truly an honor to be a part of such a special night in film and television," Sosie, who received the honor at West Hollywood restaurant Fig and Olive Thursday, said in a statement.
The 21-year-old actress has landed roles in the film Lover Boy, her mother's hit TNT series The Closer, and is set to star in the independent horror flick Off Season.
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association crowns a new Miss Golden Globe each year to assist with the Globes ceremony held in January.
Clint Eastwood and Frances Fisher's daughter Francesca Eastwood was last year's Miss Golden Globes.
Rumer Willis, Rainey Qualley and Dakota Johnson have also worn the crown as well.
