Public sightings of them showing any kind of affection toward each other are pretty rare, but it sounds like they're ready to make things pretty official if the newest round of rumors is true.A source recently told People magazine that "they both want kids" and that it's "something they're very vocal about."
Also, the source said that they don't think it will be long before Mila becomes pregnant and that it might happen soon after they get engaged, adding that Ashton is "definitely planning a proposal."
