Unfortunately, as Kanye West and others have found out, sometimes losing your temper can have legal ramifications.
Kanye has recently been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft, following a scuffle he had with a paparazzo at LAX.
As for Jon Gosslin, he seems to have taken things to the next level, and actually pulled A GUN on a female photog who followed him home from his new job where he is waiting tables, according to TMZ.
Apparently, the former reality TV star also fired off a warning shot to try to scare her.
While the incident happened last night, the paparazzo claims she will be filing a report this afternoon.

UPDATE: The paparazzo found out that she likely would have been charged with criminal trespass if she did file a report, so she requested that a note be made regarding the gun being fired and no report was filed.
As for Jon, he didn't deny pulling the gun and defended his actions in a statement to TMZ, saying, "I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew and used to fire a warning shot AWAY from the paparazza...It is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property."
