"Growing the game.... One person at a time," he posted along with the pic. In it, Tay is seen holding up a personalized "Skinner" hockey jersey that we're sure he gave to her.
Before you jump to conclusions know that Jeff's a huge T-Swift fan, not her new man! Although, we do think the two look adorable together! You never know with Taylor, she might have her eyes on him...
Jeff's not the only NHL player to dig Taylor. In 2009, the Pittsburgh Penguins gave her a custom-made jersey too.
