Pretty much!According to TMZ, when Bieber and his pals recently arrived at an airport to board a private plane, tons of marijuana smoke was seen swirling out of their SUV. It was so obvious that even the plane's pilot noticed the smoke out.
"I almost had to put on an oxygen mask," the pilot told TMZ.
"It was like Cheech and Chong Up In Smoke."
The pilot even noted that Bieber was "baked out of his mind" and didn't know what he was doing when he was asked to sign a $60,000 private plane bill. Wow!
