The video opens with a close up Miley crying before we see her straddling a wrecking ball completely naked! The 20-year-old singer also licks a giant sledgehammer in the Terry Richardson-directed video.
Some people think the sad lyrics may be about her rocky relationship with Liam Hemsworth.
Miley is set to host and perform on Saturday Night Live on Oct. 5, three days before her album Bangerz is released.
And it seems Liam's keeping himself busy, too. Her fiance is currently in Canada at the Toronto Film Festival, where he hit the carpet with his brothers, Chris and Luke, and his parents.
According to UsWeekly, the couple is just "weeks away from calling it off permanently."
