The run-in was so bad that a criminal investigation has been launched.Jennifer Love Hewitt has just joined the long list of paparazzi who have had a serious scuffle with the paps.The pregnant actress was enjoying dinner with fiance Brian Hallisay at Toscana restaurant in Brentwood on Friday night when a pap tried to snap pics of the pair, according to TMZ.
After he refused their request to stop, Brian allegedly lost it on the pesky photog and the pap claims that the camera hit his eye and injured him during the scuffle.
Despite the fact that Jennifer felt bad and let him snap more pictures of them before they left, the guy went ahead and filed a police report against Brian, anyway, and cops are now investigating the situation.
