Khloe Kardashian was the one who issued husband Lamar Odom an ultimatum, telling him it was rehab or else, but it seems that when he checked in to a facility this week, she had no idea.We were definitely surprised when news broke on Wednesday that Lamar Odom had entered an undisclosed rehab facility--and it seems his wife Khloe Kardashian was probably just as surprised as we were. According to TMZ, Khloe had no idea that Lamar was going to check in to rehab, even though she had given him an ultimatum over the weekend that if he didn't get help, she wanted nothing to do with him.
Apparently, they hadn't been talking much (if at all) since that incident and Khloe was caught completely off-guard when she found out Lamar had entered a treatment facility to deal with his drug and alcohol problems.
This isn't too terribly surprising, considering Lamar wasn't living in the house with Khloe when he made the decision and it isn't the first time Khloe has found out news about her husband through...well, the news.
When Lamar got his DUI, he didn't call Khloe and she reportedly found out when she saw it on TMZ.
Either way, the site reports that while she hasn't been kept in the loop about all of this, she does hope he's getting the help he needs.
We couldn't agree more. We wish Lamar all the best in his recovery efforts and applaud him for taking the step to seek treatment.
