While Gwen and Gavin have yet to confirm or deny the news, the singer sparked baby bump rumors wearing loose shirts and black tops while she's been out and about recently.
The rock star has made it no secret that she wanted to expand her family, telling Marie Claire in its October 2012 issue, "I really, really, really wanted [another kid] about two years ago."
"And it didn't really work out," she continued. "So ... I feel good with what we've got. Everything works out how it should. You can't plan anything, right? You can try," Gwen told the mag.
The couple, who wed in 2002, has two children together, Kingston, 7, and Zuma, 5.
