Jon Stewart channeled Miley Cyrus in his return to The Daily Show last night--complete with foam finger and tongue sticking out. How did Jon do? No twerking was involved, but Jon certainly mocked the Miley VMA performance pretty well.
Last night marked Jon Stewart's triumphant return to The Daily Show--and that included some pop culture catch-up for the host.As Jon acclimated to his surroundings, he even channeled a little VMA Miley Cyrus--and her foam finger.
Jon took the summer off to direct a film, but it seems the time away changed him.
When summer fill-in host John Oliver found him, Jon needed some help to return to his former self.
He went through a series of changes and channeled a host of characters that included Miley.
Jon rocked a flesh-colored leotard and top-of-the-head pigtails...and then...well, he had a foam finger and his tongue sticking out.
We'll leave it at that...and be thankful he didn't attempt twerking.
Stephen Colbert was called in to set Jon back on course--and all was well in the world again.
