It all reportedly went down at Mansion nightclub on August 17 when Rihanna saw Bieber there and invited him over to hang with her crew.
"He seemed a bit lost among the crowd and was not sure where to park himself until Rihanna beckoned him over to her section," an eyewitness told the publication.
The two stars reportedly partied it up all night and even compared tattoos.
Don't worry, Justin was a good boy. He was seen turning down shots of alcohol.
This isn't the first time Rihanna and the Biebs have hung out! They've sat together at basketball games before and there were even rumors they hooked up awhile ago!
