The big One Direction Today show concert has finally arrived--and the 1D guys didn't disappoint.

Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik took the stage at the Today show for a crowd of more than 18,000 people.

They kicked things off with the classic "What Makes You Beautiful," with Harry sounding a bit raspy (sexy!) and Zayn letting an audience member sing just a little bit.

Sweet!

The guys sat down for a chat about their movie, One Direction: This Is Us, with Niall explaining they "really wanted to give a behind-the-scenes" look at what they do.

Zayn talked about being engaged and if they had set a wedding date--well, briefly, anyway--before they shifted focus to Niall being pregnant!

Zayn said of his engagement to Perrie Edwards, "We're really happy!"

As for the 1D guys, they said they're all still best friends...aw!
