Kim Kardashian seems to be asking herself that question more and more lately, especially when it comes to fashion.
While Kim is somewhat of a style icon herself, she seems to think Kylie has a much higher cool quotient than she does.
In the preview for this week's Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are in a design meeting for their clothing line and Kim seems to be making most of her design decisions based on what Kylie would wear.
At one point, while Kim is gushing about how cool Kylie's Tumblr page is, Khloe even seems to get annoyed and asks "what is wrong with you?"
