During his angry outburst, Lamar went into one paparazzo's car, pulled out his camera equipment and threw it into the middle of the street before hitting another pap's car with a crow bar.
The case was originally referred to the county D.A. for possible felony charges before their office sent it to the city attorney with misdemeanor vandalism charges instead.
Now that Lamar has agreed to pay for the camera, there will be a small office hearing where he and the photog can talk it out, TMZ is reporting.
Still an annoyance, especially considering the fact that paparazzi sometimes cross the line, but Lamar did damage the guy's gear, so it seems only fair that he should have to pay for it.
Do you think paparazzi are taking it too far with stalking celebrities and trying to provoke them?
