Miley Cyrus: The "We Can't Stop" singer took her look to a whole 'nother level when she went from a bob to a feisty pixie cut back in August 2012. "There's something about having no hair that it screams being confident," Miley later told the Toronto Sun.
Rihanna: The Barbadian beauty seems to change her hairstyle with every new season, rocking every type of 'do from long and black to short and blonde, to shaved on one side. Right now, Ri-Ri is rocking a short curly 'do, but you never know when she'll switch it up again.
