A source tells E! News that Nick and Olivia were seen dining at Ovest Pizzoteca in New York City on Thursday night and "Nick was leaning in towards her across the table like she was saying something really important."
They left the restaurant, holding hands as they walked down the street, with the source noting, "They looked really happy when they walked together."
The source added, "Me and my friend both agreed they were, like, swinging their arms all happily."
Nick met Olivia when he co-hosted the 2013 Miss USA pageant.
