We have to believe that Justin's connection with Beliebers isn't just for good PR either. He genuinely seems to care about giving back, even though he's a huge star.
(Seriously... selfish celebs take note!)
Justin surprised a fan battling cancer, visiting Crystal Montgomery at a Canadian Hospital earlier this week.
How did the meeting come to be?
Turns out Justin was tipped off by a Facebook post that mentioned Crystal's dream to meet him.
Crystal's friend wrote: "It would mean the world to Crystal if you stopped even five minutes to see her, since she is too sick to leave the hospital and attend the concert like her and I had originally planned."
So he did.
Justin took to Twitter to mention the meetup, writing, "Now off to do something that matters. #giveback."
He tweeted the pic of himself with Crystal with the hashtag #bieberforcrystal.
And that's not all--Justin had a shout out to his fans for making him aware of Crystal, as he tweeted: "Thanks to the fans for always pointing me on the right path. #giveback."
