Clad in a black sports bra and cropped yoga pants, Kate toted her two-year-old tot as she made her way along the shore, showing off her toned abs while she was at it.
The 34-year-old Something Borrowed star told Glamour in March she stays fit with the help of her youngest son, saying "Dancing, Pilates, and running after Bing" keeps her in tip-top shape.
And it's certainly doing her body well.
