Did you notice that one important person was missing from Selena Gomez's big birthday bash over the weekend?!Yep, Sel's BFF Taylor Swift was a no-show at her Los Angeles party! But why?
Well according to Hollywoodlife.com, Taylor didn't go to Selena's celebration because Justin Bieber was going to be there! Plus, T-Swift's not really into drinking and partying either.
Taylor could have easily flown from the east coast, where she was performing, to L.A. for Sel's party but didn't.
"Taylor isn't mad that Selena's party was in LA. Taylor has been busy and will celebrate with Selena sooner than later and has contacted her to wish her a Happy Birthday, but she would have avoided going to the party because she would know Justin was there and she isn't a super partier," a reported source close to Tay told Hollywoodlife.com.
"She is actually happy that she was busy so she had an excuse to avoid the hoopla herself as she would avoid the drinking and the carrying on. Taylor is very much a homebody and a little reserved so she is not to torn up that she missed out."
Taylor proved she just wanted to keep her weekend chill, she was spotted paddle boarding with Ed Sheeran the next day!
Taylor didn't totally ignore Selena's birthday anyway. She did send her an adorable tweet!
