Farrah Abraham's 'Teen Mom' co-star Maci Bookout came to her defense after she made her sex tape when all the other stars were condemning her behavior. See what might have motivated Maci to stick up for Farrah.After the release of Farrah Abraham's sex tape, she was the target of A LOT of hate, especially from some of her Teen Mom franchise co-stars. While so many other Teen Mom stars were condemning Farrah's actions, Maci Bookout publicly spoke out in defense of Farrah, which came as a big shock to many of her fans.
"I know her very well and I just want the best for her," Maci said during a radio interview. "If she wants to do that, that's perfectly fine. I mean, I'm not going to lie, I watched the trailer for it and I can't say that I hated it."
Since so many people were shocked about Maci's support for Farrah's X-rated endeavor, we did a little digging and found what might have been Maci's motivation for defending her...and guess what we found out? They both had the same PR person at the time!
Gina Rodriguez was Farrah's manager/PR person during all of the sex tape stuff (and is reportedly suing Farrah for commissions she failed to pay from it) and she also lists Maci Bookout as one of her clients.
Given that they both were under the same PR umbrella, it would have looked REALLY bad if Maci came out and condemned Farrah's most high-profile fame-seeking endeavor.
Since Farrah and Gina have since had a pretty public falling out, we might hear a different point of view from Maci if she is ever asked about it again.
Of course, there is always the possibility that the "falling out" is yet another publicity stunt...
