As Lady Gaga's 'ARTPOP' release date approaches, the singer has thrown some teasers out there about this sort of evolution that she's undergone.It seems that Gaga is going with a much more stripped-down version of herself--quite literally, actually.
In addition to some dark-haired, makeup-free photos, a few naked pics of the "Born This Way" singer have also been making the rounds.
In yet another new (clothed) picture, Gaga showed off her septum piercing, which seems to suggest she's going for a much edgier look this time around.
Although we had seen little snippets of Mother Monster's new look, we hadn't seen the whole package until she showed up at the "Devil's Heaven" benefit gala in the Hamptons this weekend.
Wearing a bra and barely-there cover-up, Gaga showed off the results of her recent make-under, complete with bleached-out eyebrows and minimal makeup.
While at the event, the singer hung out with performance artist Marina Abramovic and reportedly bid $60,000 for one of her pieces.
Gaga also dipped a spoon in some fake blood from one of the interactive exhibits, where a woman was lying in a casket.
Although Gaga's look is definitely dark and edgy, it sounds like it was perfectly appropriate for this particular event.
