Niall Horan and Zayn Malik talk about the fame and fan attention surrounding One Direction's success in the new Teen Vogue magazine. Which 1D guy is okay with the mania, while the other likes "to chill somewhere quiet."
Teen Vogue cover boys One Direction recently spoke with the mag about the overwhelming attention that comes with fame.There are pitfalls to being super famous (see Harry Styles' many fan mob scene encounters), but the guys take it somewhat in stride.
Niall Horan touched on the need to try and live a somewhat normal existence, saying, "I'm not going to be a prisoner in my room--and the fans weren't intrusive," he said of their time in Miami.
Still he says, "I don't see how you could get used to people screaming in your face, and anyone who says different is lying."
Zayn likes to keep things a little quieter in his downtime, but says he's thankful for the fan interest, explaining, "We're humbled that so many fans have bothered," adding, "I like to chill somewhere quiet. I get pleasure from the little things in life."
