Here are some of our favorite highlights:
The strangest thing she ever had to do for a role? Fake barfing on American Pie. "They did a lovely combo of oatmeal, grape juice, some sort of syrup and it was all in my mouth until I fake puked!"
Which Disney princess would Arielle be? Easy. "Hash tag Ariel the mermaid!" (She even sang a few measures!)
Who would she want to do a scene with on Vampire Diaries if given the chance? "Joseph Morgan! I would love to fight Niklaus! I have a feeling Lexi would win."
Her go-to karaoke choice? "It's no secret I karaoke to 'Gangsta's Paradise.' It makes me feel good inside."
Which animal would she be? "A horse. That's not a joke! I've wanted to be a horse for a long time, I gallop around!"
And finally, her guilty pleasures? "Wipe Out, the TV show, chocolate, ice cream and french fries in my ice cream."
